Almost a perfect figure

Lando's likeness is terrific, and I love the detail in the pattern of his cape. Articulation is mostly good, though his ankles hardly move, and the hips feel a bit stiff compared to the newer figure joints. The worst part however, is the torso joint, which just looks awful and awkward when you try and pose him, and doesn't even have any vertical movement. Still, it's the best Bespin Lando you're going to get, so pretty much a necessary figure for your collection.

A perfect update to the original VotC Lando

It's a bit sad that whether it's 4-inch or 6-inch, Lando always winds up as a bit of a pegwarmer, no matter how good of a job Hasbro does. The TVC Lando is a superb upgrade to the 2006 VotC Lando, with much-needed elbow articulation (man did I hate the swivel elbows on the original release). The head sculpt is the best feature of this figure, with more accurate face and skin tone. I bought more than one so that I could pop the head onto my ESB Smuggler outfit Lando (just in case Hasbro doesn't revisit the Smuggler Lando ever again).
Where the cape attaches to his shoulders is a bit puffy, but that's hard to avoid given the scale. The blaster is painted with some silver and fits perfectly. I'm struggling to think of a single negative thing about this figure, probably because there isn't, it's a perfect representation of Mr Billy Dee Williams.
