2. International Shipping and Customs Duties

Toy Snowman ships products worldwide. However, international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost displayed on our website.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, displayed at checkout, cover transportation from our warehouse to the provided address. They do not include any customs or import duties unless explicitly stated.

4. Refused or Returned Packages Due to Customs Fees

If a package is refused or returned due to non-payment of customs fees:

• The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
• Upon receiving the returned package, Toy Snowman will inspect it for damage and refund the purchase price minus any shipping and return costs, if applicable.
