As per Wizards of the Coast policy on counterfeits (5.K) and our company standards:

• Counterfeit items cannot be returned under any circumstances
• No compensation will be issued for counterfeit submissions
• Counterfeit cards are destroyed to prevent re-entry into circulation

Toy Snowman reserves the right to:

• Notify authorities
• Warn, suspend, or ban individuals from our online and physical stores
• Take action in accordance with our Code of Conduct

Knowingly attempting to sell counterfeit cards is considered a serious violation.
