4. Refused or Returned Packages Due to Customs Fees

If a package is refused or returned due to non-payment of customs fees:

• The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
• Upon receiving the returned package, Toy Snowman will inspect it for damage and refund the purchase price minus any shipping and return costs, if applicable.
