ZERO customer service

I didn’t receive my package and sent multiple emails to the store regarding this.

The shipping company says order delivered but nothing was at my place on the day it “arrived”.

As the sender has to contact the shipper for any information regarding collecting insurance etc, they never responded to my multiple emails.

I’m at the point now where I have contacted my bank for a charge back.

I’d give zero stars if I could.
